The F12berlinetta succeeded the 599 as Ferrari's front-engined V12 flagship in 2012, and at launch it was the most powerful Ferrari road car ever built. This example has covered 8,957 miles across five owners. It arrives in Nero Daytona, a metallic black named in honor of Ferrari's historic 1-2-3 podium sweep at the 1967 24 Hours of Daytona. Deep and liquid in direct light, it lets the F12's sculpted surfaces carry the drama. Giallo Modena calipers inside 20-inch matte Grigio Corsa wheels and Scuderia Ferrari shields bring in exactly the right amount of contrast. The design came from Flavio Manzoni's Centro Stile working alongside Pininfarina. Its signature is the Aero Bridge, a channel that draws air from the bonnet, through the flanks, and down the sides of the car to build downforce without a single spoiler. The rear deck and lights recall the 275 GTB, and the proportions are unmistakably Ferrari front-engined V12. The naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 produces 731 horsepower at 8,250 rpm and 509 lb-ft of torque, pulling to an 8,700 rpm limit. It reaches 62 mph in 3.1 seconds, 124 mph in 8.5, and tops out above 211 mph. No turbos, no hybrid. Just one of the great Ferrari engines. Inside, Beige leather wraps the cabin, with the upper section finished in matching color for a warm, continuous look. Carbon fibre Style racing seats carry Nero stitching and Nero embroidered Cavallino headrests, a rare and purposeful choice for a grand tourer. The carbon driver zone with LED shift lights sharpens the cockpit, while cruise control, electrochromic mirrors with HomeLink, and satellite radio round out the specification. The F12berlinetta laid the foundation for the 812 Superfast that succeeded it, and it remains one of the most complete front-engined V12 Ferraris ever built.
